Tree Tomato & Water Apple Sorbet

Yields 10 Cups

Ingredients:

4 Cups Water Apple Juice

2 Cups Tree Tomato Puree

1 Cup Rangpur Lime Juice

2.25 Cups Sugar

1.5 Cups Water

~~Make sure ice cream bowls are frozen~~

Procedure:

~1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan, bring just to a boil and let cool.

~2. Strain fruit juices through a china cap.

~3. Mix strained fruit juices with sugar water and chill well.

~4. Freeze in Ice Cream maker
