Kona Rangpur Lime Pie

Makes 6 pies

 

Ingredients:

 

18 Large eggs

6 x 14oz sweetened condensed milk

3 cups fresh Kona rangpur limejuice

2 tablespoons Kona rangpur lime zest

 

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat eggs, limejuice and zest at medium until well blended.
  3. Pour into cooled pie crusts
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes until center is set

 

Cool in pan for 15 minutes hen cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

 

Garnish with toasted coconut and lilikoi syrup.
