The Makahiki Tour with Brian Lievens¥

 

A tour of a number of farms on Makahiki Lane, an agriculture sub-division.

Includes visits to atemoya, avocado, rambutan and diversified orchards all within

walking distance from each other.  We will be able to see a number of unusual varieties of bananas, mangos and palms.

This years HTFG conference will include a component that will assist CTAHR with their industry analysis on tropical fruit. As growers, this is our chance to be heard and express our needs within a particular commodity group.

 

Each session will have a facilitator and recorder. Members of each group will choose one person to report back to the whole conference after the breakout sessions.
