Dragon Fruit Ice Cubes

3 cups dragon fruit (pureed)@

1.5 cups water

1 cup sugar

 

Make simple syrup, add dragon fruit puree, put in ice cube trays

 

 

Lilikoi, Soursop and Kumquat Punch

14 cups lilikoi juice (3Q + 2 cups)

3 cups soursop juice

3 cups kumquats

2 gallons water

6 cups simple syrup (1 part sugar to 2 parts water)

6 cups sugar

 

Whisk all ingredients together and serve with dragon fruit ice cubes.
