ZestRangpur lime in larger pieces using a channel knife. Scrape the whiteoff@ the skin and fine Jullienne.

 

Placein cold water and bring to a simmer. Drain and do it three times. Make asimple syrup solution. Two cups sugar two cups water. 

Placezest in and bring to simmer.

Drain,cool and place in pan with sugar.

Allowto dry
