Kona Rangpur Lime & habenero dipping sauce for mangospring rolls

Juice of 4 limes ( approx. 6 oz)

2oz sake

2 oz shoyu

2 tbs fish sauce

1 tbs minced garlic

1 tbs minced ginger

1/2 tsp chipotle

2 finely diced habenero peppers

2 oz sugar

2 tsp salt

1 cup mango puree

1/2 cup apple puree


mix all ingredients in a bowl and slowly pour into blenderuntil smooth.
