Coconut Syrup

10.5 cups coconut milk

3.5 cups corn syrup

7 cups sugar

1 pkg pectin

4.5 cups unsweetened coconut flakes

bring milk to boil, add pectin　 and return to boil

add sugar and corn syrup, return to boil and stir in dried coconut

fill sterilized jars and seal

boil jars for 20 minutes

remove　 from water and let cool.
