Rangpur Lime/Habenero dipping sauce

for Mango spring roll


juice of 4 Rangpur limes ( approx. 6 oz)

2oz sake

2 pz shoyu

2 tbs fish sauce

1 tbs minced garlic

1tbs minced ginger

1/2 tsp chipotle

2 finely diced habenero peppers

2oz sugar

2 tsp salt

1 cup mango pureed

1/2 cup apple pureed



mix all ingredient in bowl and slowly pour into blender. blend until smooth
